        YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Supports the Key Account Manager (KAM) in managing Discount (Cash & Carry) customers by providing insights, conducting analyses, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Regularly monitors the orders and inventory status of assigned accounts and keeps the KAM informed of updates.
  • Checks and validates discount, campaign, and return invoices.
  • Participates in annual agreement meetings with customers, supporting negotiations alongside the KAM.
  • Manages the sales relationship with assigned Key Accounts and responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintains close communication with field and merchandising teams, taking quick actions as needed by negotiating with buyers.
  • Collaborates with marketing and supply chain teams to create product forecasts, ensuring the desired service level is achieved.
  • Actively engages in logistics and financial processes, ensuring seamless coordination and error-free execution.
  • Conducts weekly field visits to monitor store layouts, stock levels, and campaign implementations.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance both personal and organizational efficiency to meet current and future business needs.

       WHAT YOU BRING

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or Retail sector, with experience in Key Account Management being an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales and distribution processes, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, specifically within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen to interpret financial reports and market trends effectively.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with a self-motivated and proactive work approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Holds a valid Category B driver’s license, with no travel restrictions and a willingness to adapt to mobile work environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes and delivering results.
  • Ambitious, result-driven, and eager to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Residing in Istanbul.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
