  • Supporting the respective KAM including giving insights about account, doing analyses etc.
  • Coordinates the supervisors regarding the respective account managements
  • Manages returns, budgets with the guidance of KAM
  • Meets and negotiates with accounts with the support of KAM for annual agreements
  • Managing the sales relationship with the assigned group of Key Accounts
  • Follows the orders and inventory status of responsible accounts, and give info about current status to KAM
  • Checks discount and campaign invoices
  • Works with marketing and other supply chain teams to give product forecasts in order to achieve required service level
  • Working with whole logistic and financial process with close coordination
  • Maintain close interaction with the field and merchandising team and take actions accordingly through negotiating with the buyer
  • Proactively seeks ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs.
  • Make weekly field visits




  • Bachelor's degree from Administrative Sciences, Engineering or from other related departments
  • Having minimum 2 years of experience in sales, especially in FMCG or Retail sector (Local Key Account Management experience is an asset)
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Having driving license (B), willing to travel and be mobile
  • Team player with win-win negotiation approach
  • Ambitious with high desire of achievement
  • Adaptable to a fast paced, high growth & changing environment
  • Having ability to express themselves in English in both verbal and written communication
  • Military obligation is fulfilled for male candidates
