YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You drive the development and execution of comprehensive sales activities within the “Invest 2 Grow” pillar and ensure all related targets are achieved while promoting the underlying mindset and principles.
- You conduct NRM lever sprints together with the SCT NRM Lead and the countries to uncover mid-term growth opportunities and support their further development.
- You establish KPIs and measurement frameworks, continuously analyse initiative performance, and ensure all actions deliver tangible business outcomes.
- In close collaboration with IT and the Data & Reporting Specialists, you contribute to the evolution of future NRM tools and support international rollout, particularly strengthening the Price and Promotion levers.
- You develop capability-building materials, playbooks, how‑to guides, and best practices, and deliver structured programs and workshops to embed NRM skills across international and local teams.
- When needed, you coordinate country visits and audits, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and support the identification and scaling of new growth opportunities across products, packs, channels, pricing models and technologies.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You have successfully completed a college degree or comparable professional experience.
- You have several years of sales experience, a strong track record in delivering profitable growth, and the ability to effectively represent the Sales function.
- Ideally, you bring experience in an international environment and possess solid understanding of category, account, and channel management.
- You work confidently with Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and use data to derive sound commercial decisions.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and can translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- You convince through strong communication skills, easily build relationships across countries and functions, and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent English skill. You are willing to travel and show cultural sensitivity.
