YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Pizza team in Iberia, reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager.
This role will support the development and execution of the full marketing mix across our pizza portfolio (Spain & Portugal), contributing to brand growth through a combination of strategic thinking and strong day-to-day execution. The position requires the ability to balance short-term business priorities with long-term brand building, effectively navigating between immediate commercial needs and future growth opportunities.
The Junior Brand Manager will work across both international brands (such as Ristorante) and local brands (such as Pannini), adapting global strategies to local market needs while driving locally relevant initiatives. A strong focus will be placed on local communication, particularly in digital channels, to strengthen consumer engagement and brand relevance. Innovation will be part of the role mainly through local execution and adaptation of global initiatives, ensuring consistency with international strategies.
This position offers strong exposure to both local and international stakeholders and plays a key role in delivering business results in one of the most strategic categories for Dr. Oetker in Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan across Iberia.
- Analyze business performance (sell-in, sell-out, Nielsen data) and extract actionable insights.
- Support the execution of communication campaigns, with strong focus on digital channels.
- Collaborate with agencies on content development and campaign implementation.
- Assist in packaging development and point-of-sale materials.
- Support portfolio management across international and local brands.
- Contribute to promotional planning and post-analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, supply, finance).
- Support adaptation and execution of global innovation initiatives locally.
WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a curious, driven and collaborative profile with a strong interest in brand building within FMCG.
The ideal candidate brings initial experience in marketing or brand management (trainee program) and demonstrates the ability to combine analytical thinking with executional excellence. A strong consumer mindset, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are key to succeed in this role.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in FMCG.
- Experience with data tools (Nielsen, IRI or similar).
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills and consumer mindset.
- Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
