YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Commercial Capability Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. You will support the Commercial Capability Team with analysis and reports.
• You will provide analysis on Trade Terms and Revenue Growth and enable the countries to deliver better ROI.
• You will work with the Executive Manager to develop sales strategies that are tailored to different markets and customer segments including the tracking of key performance indicators such as sales volume or revenue.  
• You are responsible for the development of international sales reporting standards and requirements and support of corresponding implementation in our relevant reporting systems (SAP BW, PowerBI, SAC).
• To communicate key insights and recommendations you prepare presentations or reports of findings and recommendations to the senior management.
• You will work in strong collaboration with local Sales Analysts and Product/Process Owners in IT in all reporting-related matters.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or in a related field.  
• You have extensive professional experience in sales analysis and strategy, market research, or a comparable field. Experience of working in an international sales environment is highly desirable.
• Your strong data and analytical skills and your ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets as well as proficiency in data analysis tools. You bring in-depth knowledge of SAP-BW and PowerBI. 
• You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and work effectively cross-functional with the senior management and other diverse departments.
• You are an enthusiastic, energetic person with a high willingness to learn and have a structured way of working. Very good Englisch and good German language skills complement your profile.
