YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• As a Cross-functional Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing complex interdisciplinary international projects. Your tasks will include identifying and allocating resources, including human, financial and technical resources. 

• You will monitor external partners and keep an eye on the progress of external products and services. 

• You will be responsible for the preparation, planning and moderation of kick-off events, project meetings, project steering committee meetings and experience exchange meetings. 

• You will be responsible for reporting and communicating project status, issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management, including active risk and stakeholder management. 

• Your responsibilities will include building and leading a goal-oriented, cross-functional project team, fostering a positive working environment and documenting and sharing learnings and best practices. 

• You will actively support the further development of the existing portfolio and project management framework and take on tasks of the global portfolio and project management team in addition to operational project activities. 

WHAT YOU BRING 

• You have a Master's degree in economics or a comparable field. 

• An existing project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA is an advantage. 

• Your extensive professional experience in managing cross-functional projects, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment, underlines your comprehensive expertise. 

• Your strong knowledge and skills cover project management methods, tools and techniques. 

• You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

• You can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
