YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You take on the disciplinary leadership and development of a high-performing team in line with Dr. Oetker’s leadership principles. In doing so, you create an inspiring, appreciative, and performance-oriented work environment.
• In addition, you will further shape and drive the international quality assurance strategy and successfully implement it at national and international production plants.
• You will be responsible for the management, enhancement, and continuous improvement of QA processes as well as for company-wide continuous improvement initiatives to sustainably increase efficiency.
• You will also be in charge of international supplier and raw materials management and make well-founded decisions on the approval or disqualification of suppliers.
• You will lead and coordinate international working groups as well as steering committees and manage quality projects in the area of raw materials.
• Finally, you will establish a strong global culture of quality and food safety, manage the physical-sensory laboratory and take an active role in the crisis team in the event of a crisis.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a university degree in food technology, nutritional science, food chemistry or a comparable field of study.
• You have several years of experience in the food industry, ideally including international professional experience.
• You have already held disciplinary leadership positions and know how to effectively develop, motivate, and inspire teams.
• You possess in-depth knowledge in the implementation and advancement of strategic management systems – particularly in the areas of quality and food safety.
• You are distinguished by strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and your assertiveness when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You communicate confidently, professionally, and appropriately in both German and English.
• Your willingness to travel internationally, along with your flexibility, completes your profile and enables you to operate successfully in a global environment.
