YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have the responsibility to drive Dr. Oetker towards best-in-class structures, processes, and systems in Controlling. Doing so, you together with your team enhance the standardization and harmonization of all international Controlling and Reporting processes – of course in strong collaboration with interfacial departments and global process owner.
• You take responsibility for the development of the global reporting into state-of the art intelligence. 
• In this leadership position, you together with your team move global Controlling transformation, initiatives and (cross-functional) projects, all counting onto strategy. 
• You share your visions and goals with your direct team and the global community, creating a team spirit in which every team member feels valued.
• You are a trusted advisor for your team and give support, if necessary, but at the same time give everyone the freedom to do the job by her/his one.
• You will push permanent and active contact with the Finance colleagues in the country organizations to focus on continuous optimization. 
• By doing so, you together with your team for example support the colleagues with training regarding new or existing processes.
• Within the Company environment you will take over project responsibility for or participate in cross-functional optimization projects, working in interdisciplinary and international project teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed your business studies or an equivalent education.
• You have at least 10 years of professional experience in External Consulting,  Inhouse Consulting and/or Controlling, where you gained knowledge in different controlling areas (e.g. plant, commercial, functional) 
• You have experience in leading and motivating either an international project team or a disciplinarily, international team.
• You have well-founded knowledge of SAP ERP (perhaps already in S/4HANA) system, mainly in module CO with an understanding of customizing, but as well as high system affinity to planning and reporting systems e.g. SAP SAC, BPC, BW.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
• In addition, you have gained knowledge in business process management BPM topics e.g. working on processes modelling and documentation. 
• You have already proven your analytical and process-oriented way of working as well as your distinct entrepreneurial and process-related understanding. You are characterized by visionary thinking but operative solution orientation: You drive innovations and are assertive as well as strong in implementation.
• You can manage several topics at the same time due to your broad-based experience and because of your holistic thinking.
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a team.
• Experience in international and cross-functional cooperation as well as in project management and moderation in (German and) English complete your profile.
• You enjoy international working and if necessary, you do business trips to locations abroad.
• You are fluent in English (C1) and you have a good command of German (B2). Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
