YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Our IT department sees itself as a consultant and driving force for future-oriented IT technologies and value-creating applications. Working side by side with the departments, it develops a wide range of solutions for the more than 40 Dr. Oetker national companies worldwide. In addition, the IT colleagues advise the departments on harmonizing their business architecture and optimizing their processes and work on the design of new business models. The team of around 190 people from 20 countries is driving digitalization at Dr. Oetker.
• You can expect a highly motivated and qualified international team that works independently and autonomously. This framework offers a variety of opportunities for intensive exchange and personal development in different subject areas.
• You support our colleagues in the plants in the area of maintenance worldwide and advise on strategic large-scale projects, international rollouts and smaller projects regarding the use of plant maintenance systems (such as SAP PM).
• In addition to analyzing requirements, your tasks will also include selecting and coordinating external service providers and continuously developing and optimizing existing solutions.
• You will also provide second level support for SAP PM, mobile solutions and other PM/CMMS systems.
• Finally, you can expect challenging and interesting work in the field of maintenance with innovative technologies.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a degree in business informatics or economics with IT-related further education  and appropriate professional experience in the maintenance and logistics environment.
• You have very good knowledge of SAP PM and related modules (such as SAP PP, SAP QM) and have already been involved in the development of maintenance strategies using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with appropriate interface knowledge.
• Skills in the area of requirements analysis are just as much a requirement as implementation in the form of customizing and development specifications, concept creation, test support and extensions to existing systems.
• In addition, you can work both in a team and independently in a solution-oriented manner.
• Your very good skills in written and spoken English, your strong intercultural competence, your willingness to travel occasionally and your excellent communication skills round off your profile.
