YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You act as a strategic partner to international leaders and heads of global functions, aligning people priorities with business objectives and ensuring strong collaboration between business and HR.
  • You translate global People & Culture strategies into local and functional contexts and ensure the effective implementation and sustainable anchoring of initiatives across regions and functions.
  • You drive strategic workforce planning, talent management and succession planning across markets, strengthening talent pipelines and organizational capabilities.
  • You support organizational design and reorganization initiatives in close collaboration with Organizational Development and Leadership teams and lead change management activities for global programmes such as HR systems or performance frameworks.
  • You ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience across regions while considering local requirements and act as a key connector between Centers of Excellence and business units to enable effective programme roll-outs.
  • You leverage people data and insights to support decision-making and performance improvement, coach leaders on people-related topics and ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR policies in collaboration with local HR teams.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Organizational Psychology or a comparable field.
  • You have extensive experience in HR Business Partnering or People & Culture roles in international environments and are familiar with working in matrix organizations and global operating models.
  • You bring strong experience in leadership coaching and the ability to support and challenge leaders at a strategic level across different regions and cultures.
  • You have a solid understanding of talent management, organizational development and change management practices and a proven track record of driving people-related initiatives.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and are confident in working with senior leadership, influencing decisions and building trusted relationships.
  • You complement your profile with a data-driven mindset, intercultural competence and a strong transformation orientation, and you are fluent in English.
  • You are willing to travel internationally (up to 40%).
