YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As an International Reward and Mobility Working Student (m/f/d), you support the international Reward & Mobility Team in their daily tasks and projects.
• You assist in the further development of international mobility processes, with a particular focus on trainees and apprentices.
• Your task is also to support the international reward management.
• You take on administrative tasks within the international HR context and also assist in various Travel Management-related issues.
• You support and independently create content and updates for various SharePoint sites and write blog articles.
• You update and translate checklists, process descriptions, presentations, and other documents.
• You work in a self-organized manner on projects related to People and Culture International.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a registered student in a Master degree program.
• You have basic experience in an entrepreneurial environment with focus on HR responsibilities.
• You have experience with MS Office tools, ideally you have also had some familiarity with SAP.
• You have excellent English skills and possess good German proficiency.
• You should have strong communication and coordination skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across various disciplines while staying organized.
• Your skillset includes an international perspective coupled with the ability to understand and address local needs.
• Your profile is complemented by your flexibility and your positive, service-oriented mindset.
