DESCRIPTION

Cross-departmental collaboration with national and international colleagues, an assignment abroad, individual placement planning, and the opportunity to develop yourself further and build an extensive network – our 18-month international trainee program will open doors for you. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with our large trainee community! Towards the end of the program, you will work with your fellow trainees on a strategic project, which you’ll present to the management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Start: As an International Commercial Marketing Trainee, you will start in one of our marketing teams on November 1, 2024. At the beginning you will get to know your colleagues as well as your buddy and mentor and work on your first tasks and projects. From then on, you actively shape your 18-month trainee program: Choose from stations in Marketing as well as related national and international departments or other business teams.

• Future: Through various assignments lasting four to twelve weeks and responsibilities in daily business as well as in projects, you will prepare yourself for your future as a professional, project manager or potential executive with us. By contributing your ideas, you actively support the further development of our company.

• International assignment: During an international assignment lasting four to six months, you will get to know one of our subsidiaries, expand your network and gain an even better understanding beyond our headquarter.

• We support you: As part of our trainee community, you have the chance to take part in selected trainings to build on your strengths. You benefit from the network and experience of your mentor, at management level, and your buddy. By the way, you always start together in a group of new trainees. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Studies: You are a Master's graduate. 

• Experience and knowledge: You have an international mindset and have at least three months of international experience. You are fluent in English and German. Furthermore, you have ideally gained some experience in the FMCG industry in the areas of product management, brand management, digital marketing, communication, etc. and have a passion for the area of marketing.

• Personality: You are enthusiastic about technical and entrepreneurial correlations and have an interest in management. You have a passion for digital trends and are always up to date. Furthermore, you enjoy working on complex strategic issues, using your solution-oriented, methodical approach and your data-oriented way of thinking. You like to leave your comfort zone and strive for personal and professional development. You have a hands-on mentality. You excel in interpersonal and communication skills – you are a networker.
