DESCRIPTION

Cross-departmental collaboration with national and international colleagues, an assignment abroad, individual placement planning, and the opportunity to develop yourself further and build an extensive network – our 18-month international trainee program will open doors for you. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with our large trainee community! Towards the end of the program, you will work with your fellow trainees on a strategic project, which you’ll present to the management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Start: As an International Commercial Sales Trainee, you will join our team on November 1, 2024. Your journey begins with a detailed trainee onboarding and you will have plenty of time to get to know your People and Culture supervisor, your mentor and your colleagues. From then on, you will actively shape your 18-month trainee program: Choose from positions in Sales Germany, such as Key Account Management or International Sales, where you can work in the international pricing team, for example. Or choose stations in related national and international departments or non-specialist teams 

• Future: Through various assignments lasting four to twelve weeks and responsibilities in daily business as well as in projects, you will prepare yourself for your future as a professional, project manager or executive with us. By contributing your ideas, you actively support the further development of our company.

• International assigment: During an international assignment lasting four to six months, you will get to know one of our subsidiaries, expand your network and gain an even better understanding beyond our headquarters.

• We support you: As part of our trainee community, you have the chance to take part in selected trainings to build on your strengths. You benefit from the network and experience of your mentor, at management level, and your buddy. By the way, you always start together in a group of new trainees. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Studies: You are a Master's graduate. 

• Experience and knowledge: You have an international mindset and have at least three months' experience abroad. You are fluent in English and German. Furthermore, you have already gained some practical experience through student activities in the field of sales.

• Personality: You are enthusiastic about technical and entrepreneurial contexts and have an interest in management. With your analytical skills, you can see through complex data and make strategic decisions, supported by your methodical and number-oriented way of working. Your perseverance enables you to stay focused even in the face of obstacles and continue to work towards achieving your goals. You like to leave your comfort zone and strive for personal and professional development. In addition, you always follow digital trends and enjoy working cross-functionally. You are characterized by strong interpersonal and communication skills - you are a networker.
