YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Junior Innovation Project Manager (m/f/d), you will coordinate smaller renovation and innovation projects, overseeing them from the approved concept stage through to successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that projects are completed on time while maintaining transparency regarding progress, risks and milestones.
• You will also support larger or more complex innovation projects, actively contributing to their implementation. You will also coordinate the market launch of existing sub-brands, product lines or products.
• You will coordinate cross-functionally and across countries to ensure feasibility and successful commercialization. Furthermore, you will oversee the briefing of R&D on formulation development and market research, as well as the finalization of technical specifications.
• Working closely with stakeholders, you will manage the project timeline and ensure timely implementation by all parties involved. As needed, you will coordinate project meetings and clarify actions and next steps.
• Using data, you will analyze volume estimates in collaboration with the markets. Together with relevant teams, you will identify dependencies and risks and develop mitigation plans.
• You will ensure that business cases are fully compiled and correctly entered into the Stage-Gate tool. You also enter relevant data into SAP and generate the necessary codes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed a master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Innovation Management or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in project management, particularly in innovation projects, and you are accustomed to working in teams and across functional boundaries.
• An international outlook and a strong entrepreneurial mindset shape the way you approach challenges.
• Strong assertiveness combined with excellent communication skills distinguishes you in daily interactions.
• You are willing to travel frequently. You are also motivated to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills complete your profile.
