YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
• You will support the Commercial Capability Team and the local Sales Teams with analysis and reports which serve as essential input for the development of sales strategies.
• You will provide analysis on Trade Terms and Revenue Growth and enable the countries to deliver better ROI.
• You will work as agile resource supporting sales related projects and initiatives in an international environment.
• You will support the development of international reporting standards and requirements and support of corresponding implementation in our relevant reporting systems (SAP BW, PowerBI, SAC).
• To communicate key insights and recommendations you prepare presentations or reports of findings and recommendations to the senior management.
• You will work in strong collaboration with local Sales Teams making sure that we deliver sales strategies tailored to different markets and customer segments.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or in a related field.
• You already gained first professional experience in sales analysis and strategy, market research, or a comparable field. Experience of working in an international sales environment is highly desirable. 
• Your strong data and analytical skills and your ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets as well as proficiency in data analysis tools.
• You are highly organized and excel at managing tasks efficiently. Your flexibility allows you to adapt quickly to changing situations and challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
• You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and work effectively cross-functional with the senior management and other diverse departments. 
• You are an enthusiastic, energetic person with a high willingness to learn and have a structured way of working. Very good Englisch and good German language skills complement your profile.
