YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this role, you will collaborate closely with international stakeholders to design and deliver learning activities and programs focused on leadership and soft skills.
• You will take a leading role in talent and leadership development efforts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s learning vision and strategy.
• Manage the analysis, design and development of learning content and initiatives to meet business needs and objectives is a key responsibility of this position.
• Part of your role includes overseeing the International Talent Development Program and selected leadership development programs.
• You will contribute to the creation of learning solutions that support both professional growth and organizational success.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices, you will continuously enhance the quality of learning and development programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a Master's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Additionally, you bring extensive experience in learning and leadership development within large to medium-sized organizations, gained through roles in management consulting, manufacturing, or a combination of both.
• You bring strong facilitation skills and a passion for learning and development.
• Excellent communication skills and expertise in adult learning theory define your approach.
• Your key strengths include building rapport across all organizational levels and working in multicultural environments. 
• You have excellent English language skills. Other languages are a plus.
