YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Manager Controlling Excellence (m/f/d), you take over the responsibility for the visionary and operational development and optimization of processes, structures and systems with focus on Plant / Production Controlling (value flows).
• You will also be responsible for the assurance of harmonization and standardization on an international level. 
• You work together with an interdisciplinary team on the continuous optimization of the E2E-processes to optimize the Dr. Oetker value chain where you are focusing on the financial and value flow topics.
• Your tasks include the creation, updating and further development of international guidelines and responsibility for their global implementation in cooperation with the decentralized process experts of our subsidiaries.
• You are also responsible for carrying out communication and training measures.
• Your day-to-day business further includes answering all questions (different stakeholder: country-, international- or project colleagues) regarding operational value flows in context of planning, forecast and actuals. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are excellently positioned if you hold an university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification. Moreover you have gained several years of professional experience in operational/plant controlling, e.g. specialized in controlling along the entire supply chain with focus on plant controlling and product calculation. 
• You leverage your expertise in plant controlling. You are fully conversant with the design of all integrative value flows in plant / production. You are familiar with e.g. BOM, routing, activity types, production order confirmation/valuation and settlement, product cost calculation, cost center accounting, maintenance orders and investment management.
• You have gained an overview of processes, interfaces and integration between SAP ERP system, shop floor and warehouse management systems.
• For Operational Controlling, you possess a deep knowledge in operational business processes with E2E value chain perspective and focus on system knowledge SAP CO. Additionally, you have expertise in the SAP modules FI, MM, SD and PP. 
• You have experience in project management in an international environment and you are experienced in nearly all business processes in a company (sales & marketing, supply chain, product development, HR etc.) to ensure a comprehensive view.
• You should have basic knowledge in business process management and BPM notation and you have a vision for digitalization and optimization along the entire Dr. Oetker value chain.
• You are an open-minded person with an agile mindset, who is experienced in a changing environment.
