YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Masterbrand Specialist (m/f/d), you will contribute to the profitable international growth of the brand until approximately October 31, 2026. You will do this by developing proposals for brand positioning, brand architecture, strategy, and design — as well as concepts for Masterbrand communication and activation strategies.
• In this role you will also be responsible for key initiatives and projects in support of both the sub-brands and the sustainability strategy.
• You will support the team in tracking and reporting on brand equity developments, for example in relation to the sustainability strategy.
• You will provide guidance to national markets and IBM teams by preparing and delivering branding guidelines and assets. This also includes maintaining our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and ensuring that all updates are shared promptly and accurately.
• Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting and streamlining the approval process for Masterbrand assets and related initiatives.
• In addition, you will support onboarding processes by helping to convey Dr. Oetker’s brand positioning and values to new employees, partners, and agencies.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• You have professional experience in marketing or in planning within an agency environment, with a strong focus on branding and brand strategy. Ideally, you have gained this experience in the FMCG sector.
• You bring creativity to your work and passion for brands.
• You have an international and entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy driving ideas forward in a dynamic environment.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly, and you know how to engage and inspire different stakeholders.
• You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
