YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You support the planning and implementation of People & Culture projects, such as engagement initiatives, learning programmes and HR process improvements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• You coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables across HR and business teams, while monitoring progress, risks and dependencies and ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
• You prepare project documentation, reports and presentations, providing clear insights into project status and outcomes.
• You collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment and smooth implementation of initiatives such as onboarding, performance management and employee engagement programmes.
• You contribute to change communication and adoption activities, supporting the successful rollout of new initiatives and ensuring sustainable impact.
• You maintain project tools and systems, such as trackers and dashboards, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and project workflows.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Organizational Psychology, Communication or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience in project management, ideally within People & Culture, HR or organizational development, and bring a solid understanding of core HR processes such as talent management, learning and development, engagement and culture.
• You are familiar with project management principles (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) and have experience working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Asana or comparable applications.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a structured, reliable way of working.
• You communicate clearly and effectively and feel confident coordinating stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• You complement your profile with a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills and a good understanding of change and transformation topics, and you are fluent in English.
