YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁    As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be a member of the department Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment Steering as a part of Corporate Development.
⦁    You will be responsible or give support for the project management of global M&A activities and contribute to the development of Dr. Oetker’s M&A strategy.
⦁    Additionally, you will coordinate and lead due diligence processes, business planning and valuation.
⦁    You will contribute to the preparation of investment proposals for the executive board.
⦁    The responsibility for developing and participating in projects with highly diverse topics and complexity on corporate level is also part of your position.
⦁    Moreover, you will be responsible and accountable for a flawless project management and stakeholder management, especially with regard to due diligence processes.
⦁    Finally, you will have a close collaboration with other corporate functions, Dr. Oetker countries as well as banks, external strategy and M&A-consultants.

WHAT YOU BRING
⦁    You have a Master’s degree in Business/Economics (or a comparable qualification), with a focus on Finance, Mergers & Acquisition, Controlling or Accounting from a renowned university.
⦁    Furthermore, you have gained at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Controlling, Consulting, M&A advisory, Investment Banking and/or corporate M&A with international exposure.
⦁    In addition, you have experience in leading, moderating and integrating teams and larger groups of stakeholders as well as deep knowledge in project management (ideally qualified) and you know how to conduct due diligence processes.
⦁    Financial analyses and modelling skills coupled with good conceptual, strategic and analytical thinking skills as well as strong Microsoft Office skills are part of your profile.
⦁    Along with the fact that you have gained experience in negotiating transactions (financial and contractual) and purchase price mechanism your interpersonal and communications skills are excellent and fluent in English (spoken and written) and you know how to win people’s trust.
⦁    You are very analytical, results driven, reliable and well-organised and have a hands-on mentality and a passion for excellence as well as the ability to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly.
⦁    You are an independent, self-motivated and flexible character that is willing to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven working environment and you desire to work in a transparent, collaborative and dynamic team environment (on campus and virtually).
