YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Sustainability Data & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) within our Procurement department, you will be responsible for managing sustainability-related data and translating sustainability requirements into data, system, and reporting solutions. In addition, you will actively contribute to shaping the strategic direction of these topics as part of the Business Architecture Team.
• You will be responsible for the functional management of data across relevant IT systems and data landscapes, including SAP MM/BW, CO₂ accounting tool, Datasphere, Databricks, SRM, and Sedex, ensuring that sustainability-related procurement data are structured, consistent, and readily available for use.
• You will further develop meaningful reports and KPIs to steer international sustainability activities in Procurement, e.g. regarding legal requirements and the implementation status of sustainability standards across the supply chain. You will ensure that reporting is aligned with applicable standards and regulatory requirements and provide reliable data and support for internal and external audits.
• You will ensure the timely and quality-assured maintenance of sustainability-related data in external standards and certification systems.
• You will lead, coordinate, and manage cross-functional projects between Procurement and internal stakeholders, conduct system and process training sessions, and document processes and procedural guidelines.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed a master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Sustainability Management, or a comparable field and have several years of professional experience in Procurement, Data Management, or Controlling.
• You possess strong expertise in SAP BW, SAP MM/FI, Microsoft Excel, Datasphere, and Databricks, as well as solid knowledge of SQL and Python for developing data-driven reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• You are passionate about sustainability topics and ideally have prior experience in sustainability data management and/or sustainability standards.
• Ideally, you bring several years of experience working in an international environment and are confident collaborating with a wide range of stakeholder and cross-functional interfaces.
• You stand out through your strong communication skills, flexibility, team spirit, and ability to drive results.
• You have experience leading and facilitating cross-functional projects or workshops and know how to communicate knowledge effectively to different target groups.
• You have excellent German and English language skills, enjoy working in an international environment, and are willing to travel internationally.
