TEAM DESCRIPTION 
Within the Data & Processes team of Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG, we provide data & processes management standards and guidelines for our 40 international subsidiaries. We work together with our colleagues from around the world. We ensure that data is accessible, consistent, and structured in a way that supports decision-making and business objectives. This is how we accelerate the digitalization at Dr. Oetker. 

In this function within the Data & Processes department you are part of the Foundation team, which is responsible for establishing the strategy, governance, processes, and architecture necessary to manage and leverage data effectively within our organization. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will gain insights into the company Dr. Oetker, the International Data & Processes department and you will get to know the team Foundation and their responsibilities as well as tasks.
• Your focus will be on the further enhancement of our process management maturity by conducting process analysis, mapping and modeling.
• Therefore, you will collaborate with the International Process Experts and Business Architect Teams (BATs) to model the End-to-End processes over different departments, sites and countries.
• You will be responsible for answering questions from various stakeholders about modelling conventions (BPMN 2.0) and the process modelling tool (BIC Cloud).
• Additionally you will contribute to an international transformation program called TEDD (tech-enabled, data-driven) by conducting research and preparing presentations.
• You will also be actively involved in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects by preparing and modelling use cases in close collaboration with the IT Business Process Automation Team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a student of business administration or informatics, computer science, or a familiar field of study.
• You have an experimental and entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build things from scratch or optimize what already exists.
• Your strengths include a high degree of reliability, analytical skills and accuracy.
• You have good understanding of Business Process Management and you are familiar with the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel) including Teams.
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in process and data modelling.
• Self-confidence, high motivation and solution-oriented thinking are among your personal strengths.
• You enjoy communicating internationally (German/English).
