TEAM DESCRIPTION
Team SAM (Sales Application Management) is focused on providing solutions and support for our global Sales landscape for all non-core SAP related applications, data management and reporting in areas of Field Force, Sales contracts, Pricing and Net Revenue Management (platforms, simulations, AI etc.) with an ever-growing list of business capabilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

• You maintain, update, and prepare data in accordance with predefined team guidelines in our data lake platforms and connected interfaces.
• You work on harmonizing data pipelines and general data quality assurance
• You are enabling the countries with local data management and reporting using the central platforms
• You are involved in AI agent development and implementation (sales use cases dynamic routing and negotiation tools)
• You are supporting and participating in new and exciting proof-of-concept implementations of class leading platforms (e.g. in field force area)
• You support our customers (countries/departments) by handling first/second level support tickets.
• You provide organizational and administrative support in day-to-day business operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and are able to support us at least 15-20 hours per week.
• You possess basic knowledge of data structures and data management (Python and SQL) and willingness to learn new data platforms.
• You have a careful, structured, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
• You are reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• You have fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
