YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• With approximately 20 hours per week, you can contribute in an exciting and varied working student job in the area of People and Culture, International.
• Get involved in our ongoing international digitalization of our People and Culture function and become part of a cross-functional and international project team.
• Make a difference by supporting our team with your strengths in communication, coordination as well as planning and self-organization. Be ready to take independent responsibility for individual topics such as key user support & enablement in the area of People Development.
• Your contribution will include support in launching initiatives to improve the user adoption with the overall goal of the improvement of our digital products.
• We are looking forward to your engagement for at least 6 months with the option of a subsequent focus in the context of a master thesis.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are in an ongoing master's program of business psychology, international business administration or similar studies.
• During previous internships or semesters abroad you have gained first practical experience in intercultural cooperation in an international environment.
• You share our passion for both People Development and digitalization and the desire to drive things forward.
• You are characterized by a high degree of cosmopolitan attitude, intercultural sensitivity and personal responsibility.
• You are known for your strong communication skills, creativity and skills in graphic and visual realization.
• You are willing to dive into process digitalization.
• Excellent English and good German language skills round off your profile.
