  • You are the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance by using the self service portal, email or, if necessary, by phone
  • Your task is to qualify and document the problems raised by customers as well as Identify the types, categories, severity, and urgency of the ticket
  • You diagnose problems by asking follow-up questions and translating this into a technical escalation to second line support
  • You are responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including; workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software
  • You control and follow up customer tickets in order to comply with customer's Service Level Agreement.
  • You act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated calls and maintain and/or update customer information in the Service Desk System.
  • You participate and assist in driving knowledge management and transfer



  • You have a deep knowledge of Microsoft products like Windows 10/11, MS Office 365 and MS 365 cloud apps and services.
  • You gained experience in enduser support and have a solution-oriented mindset
  • You keep calm in stressful situations, you are a real team player, and you always convince with your analytical skills
  • In best case you have certifications like MD-100/MD-101 - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or MS-900 Microsoft - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Your knowledge of Apple products (iPhones and iPads) and the use of Microsoft products on this platform is a benefit
  • Your English is fluent and German skills are a benefit
