About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team working within our Dr. Oetker Pizza Brand team.

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and delivery of consumer-focused strategies across the Dr. Oetker pizza brands, including Ristorante and Suprema. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll help bring brand plans to life to drive sustainable growth.

 

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix — from insight and performance tracking to campaign delivery and product launches — while working with internal teams and external agencies to drive brand growth.

 

This is a fixed-term opportunity, available until April 2027, to support the business through a period of change.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand plans, ensuring activity aligns with the relevant brand proposition and commercial objectives.
  • Assist in managing brand projects from concept through to launch, working with internal teams and agency partners to deliver on time and to budget.
  • Track brand performance, competitor activity and consumer insight to help inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

 

About You

  • You have a strong interest in brand marketing and an understanding of how consumer insight and commercial performance drive growth.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with agencies, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

 

Location

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) with free on-site parking. We’re currently working to a hybrid model where a minimum of 2 days per week are spent in the office. You may be required to travel to our Leyland Production site and other external locations to meet business requirements.

 

This a home-based (/field-based) role with regular travel to customer sites, our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and our Leyland Production site.
