Your responsibilities:

 

Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Account Manager (BAM) to join our Sales Team working within the E-commerce Team.

 

The BAM will manage the sales strategy for our E-commerce Grocery and Quick commerce customers across our pizza and cake categories. The role focuses on creating and delivering plans that grown sales, volume and profit while working closely with both internal teams and external customers. You’ll also partner with the Head of Sales to deliver customer and channel strategies and act as the internal expert for this channel.

  • Show experience managing Grocery E-commerce and Quick commerce customers.
  • Create and own clear business plans to achieve sales, volume and profit targets.
  • Lead regular customer reviews using performance and category data.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively, including promotions, forecasts, invoices and joint business plans.
  • Own the monthly forecasting process and share key market insights clearly across the business.
  • Lead account meetings and strategic reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with third-party E-commerce content agencies and share insights and recommendations across functions

The role will be homebased, but you do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external internal and customer locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
