YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Demand Executive to join our Supply Chain Team, working in the Home Baking channel.

We’re looking for someone who can be the customer expert for the baking supply chain; developing collaborative relationships with customers to have a clear understanding of their KPI’s and requirements, working towards excellent service, volume management and forecast accuracy.
 The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Forecast & demand review process
  • Forecast account reviews
  • Customer order availability
  • Customer engagement and analysis
  • Cross functional relationships and engagement
  • Customer KPI reporting and analysis
  • Supporting the supply chain team and wider business across projects, operating documents and reference materials.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in analysing data.
  • At least 1 year experience in an FMCG Supply Chain environment.
  • Strong grasp of MS Office, specifically Excel (e.g. use of vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation etc.)
  • Customer focused approach & strong relationship building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience in a customer facing role is preferable.

 

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
