Your responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader to join Dr. Oetker UK as our Head of Supply Chain for our Pizza channel, reporting directly into the Senior Executive Manager.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering our end to end supply chain strategy. You’ll lead a talented team across planning, customer service and logistics, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong operational performance and a supply chain that’s ready to support future growth.

Working closely with leaders across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Quality and Warehousing, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance, strengthening customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance service.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven supply chain leadership:

A strong track record of leading supply chain operations within a fast paced FMCG environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.

• Commercial and customer focus:

The ability to make decisions through both a customer and commercial lens, identifying opportunities to improve service, performance and value.

• People leadership capability:

Experience developing high performing teams, creating accountability and bringing people together behind a shared vision.

• Planning and analytical expertise:

Strong forecasting, planning and data analysis capability, supported by excellent SAP and systems knowledge.

• A transformational mindset:

A proactive and forward thinking approach, with experience driving change, improving processes and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Influencing and collaboration skills:

The credibility and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships across the business and beyond.

The role is based in Leeds, where our hybrid model is 2/3 days a week in the office. You will be required to travel to our Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
