YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Great news! We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Net Revenue Management Team. Dr. Oetker is a leading FMCG company and well known by consumers for high quality, innovative products in Frozen Pizza and Home Baking. We are passionate about creating more Pizza and Cake moments, and this role will ensure we continue to grow our sales and maximise profitability.

 

The day to day responsibilities of our Net Revenue Executive consist of:

  • Working cross functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance Teams to  execute our Net Revenue Management strategy to maximise profitability across all channels and product categories across the following key pillars:
    • Price Optimisation: Conduct market pricing reviews and analyse pricing data to develop strategies alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure we are competitive vs. the market whilst maximising sales and profit.
    • Promotion Effectiveness: Regular reporting on promotions across the market and developing promo strategies to deliver improved ROI.   
    • Product Mix & Pack Architecture: Working with the Category, Brand and I&D teams to identify opportunities to enhance product margin / mix.  
    • Trade Terms: Collaborate with Sales and Finance Teams to ensure retailer terms are consistent and aligned with our strategy.

 

  • Responsible for updating regular reports and tools to ensure we have the right data to execute the NRM strategy
    • Updating of regular reports, pulling out key insights
    • Ensuring NRM Tools are updated with the latest data to make sure each team has access to the best information possible
    • Support other departments in the use of tools to optimise their use.
    • Support the Head of NRM in quantifying key successes and regular reporting as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation
  • Driven with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • A solid understanding of commercial and financial principles will be highly advantageous
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and able to influence key stakeholders at all levels  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
