YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Consumer Response Assistant to join our Quality Team for a Maternity Cover for a period of 12 months. 

 
We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for managing Dr. Oetker’s consumer feedback process, ensuring all product enquiries, complaints, compliments and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally. You’ll maintain the RESPOND system, manage voucher stock, and collate consumer data from multiple channels including phone, email, social media, website and retailer systems. You’ll support reporting activities by producing weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc complaint insights, including post‑launch reviews, and provide cover for the Consumer Response Manager when required. The position also carries responsibility for ensuring product safety, legality and quality within your remit, along with upholding health and safety duties and any additional reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

WHAT YOU BRING

 

  • Excellent communication skills — confident handling consumer complaints, enquiries and compliments across phone, email, social media and written channels.
  • Strong customer service mindset — calm, empathetic and solution‑focused when dealing with consumer issues.
  • Data accuracy & attention to detail — essential for maintaining the RESPOND system, collating multi‑channel feedback and producing reliable reports.
