YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Factory IT Support Analyst to join our UK IT Team.
We’re looking for someone who can:-

• Provide hands-on IT support for the Leyland manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable operation of shopfloor systems, end-user devices, and plant-connected IT services to minimise downtime and support safe, efficient production.
• Manage and prioritise support requests affecting production, warehouse, and factory-based users, ensuring incidents are resolved or escalated in line with business impact and operational urgency.
• Handle support requests in the HelpDesk application
