YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Quality to join our Quality Team.
We’re looking for an inspiring leader who will drive quality excellence, ensure compliance, and champion continuous improvement across our Leyland site. You’ll lead and coach a talented team, develop and implement quality strategies aligned with our company vision, and represent Dr. Oetker UK at national and international forums.

Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, legality, and quality, while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A proven senior Quality or Technical Manager within food manufacturing, you have the proven ability to be resilient and confident in taking decisive action, even under pressure
• You will be able to show conviction and unwavering commitment in protecting quality objectives that safeguard the business and consumers, whilst fostering collaboration within the business.
• A strong leader who can demonstrate effective coaching and communication skills, inspiring and developing those around you.
• A passionate advocate for quality and continuous improvement, always eager to stay ahead of industry trends and legislation.
