Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a People systems Analyst to join our Payroll Team.
 

We’re looking for someone who can develop and optimise our people systems that support processes and structures for the UK.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• An environment where you will be an integral member of the Payroll Team, being responsible for all our people systems in the UK, where effective communication and teamwork with all stakeholders is paramount.
• A role where you will be developing a detailed technical understand of the people systems in terms of its functionality, database structures, data content and all interfaces with internal and external systems; as well as analysing change requirements against existing systems and interfaces.
• The opportunity to have an input into the way the business currently uses the systems, taking your ideas all the way through from system design, test implementation and through to practice.
• The opportunity to support the organisation and deliver key strategic projects.
