The Revenue Growth Management, Lead will play a pivotal role in sustaining and optimizing the sales planning resource, supporting the sales teams in addressing customer-specific requests, and collaborating with the Head of Revenue Management to drive strategic initiatives centered around the core RGM pillars. This role will also lead the successful launch and adoption of a new revenue management software, ensuring it enhances decision-making capabilities and aligns with organizational goals.
Your Future:
- Sustain and continually improve the sales planning resource to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Serve as the go-to expert for the sales planning resources tool, providing training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of a new revenue management software, while partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the sales teams to provide analytical support for customer-specific asks, such as trade scenarios, pricing evaluations, and promotional planning.
- Deliver actionable insights by translating complex data into clear, concise recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Regularly update and improve the accuracy, relevance, and efficiency of category management reports, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
- Leverage updated reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making across functions.
- Work closely with the Head of Revenue Management to define, execute, and measure the success of strategic revenue growth initiatives.
Your Strengths:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have category management experience and experience working within the CPG industry
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, trade spend management, and promotional effectiveness
- Proficiency in financial modeling, sales forecasting, and data analytics to support decision making
- Knowledge of category management, retailer analytics, and competitive landscape assessment
- Familiarity with SAP, Nielsen, IRI, or other relevant business intelligence and financial systems
- Ability to critically think and analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT and Category Management
- Strong ability to present insights, lead training sessions, and align teams on business initiatives
