YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as the main contact person in the development and implementation of marketing, innovation, and communication strategies for the area of responsibility
Responsible for flawless execution and tracking of portfolio strategies
Following the market dynamics, consumer trends, and competition and prepares analysis based on data. Develops recommendations and action plans accordingly
Responsible for bringing new ways of doing, presenting new perspectives
Responsible for all the 3rd party agency relations
Accurate management of budgets for brand
Communicating with opinion leaders and business partners
Working closely with the sales force, conducting routine field visit for better understanding the market drivers and dynamics
Enhancing the company image through close contacts with internal and external stakeholders


WHAT YOU BRING


University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related areas
5+ years of marketing experience or product management in preferably FMCG companies
Excellence in English communication skills (both written and oral)
Willingness to travel for getting the accurate insights from Sales Force
Being a creative, innovative and strategic thinker
Having a "decisive doer" attitude and being persistent to solve problems
Being open to new working types and change
Having strong analytical skills and discover actionable insights via finding patterns in data
