YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and analyse financial performance of the company and provide relevant reports
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company objectives, production strategies and support activities

Assist or participate to ad-hoc global and local projects, track the necessary reporting requirements

Plan and monitor work flows in production cycles to ensure continuous operations
Assist in budgeting process and budget revisions concerning production
Support and participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and present forecasts for various financial metrics
Assist in the end-to-end process review and walkthrough for external audits

Assist or participate in Accounting projects when necessary.


WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
Proficiency in MS Excel

Fluent English is a must
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Having ability to work with deadlines and targets
Having ability to see details and work with process-driven attitude

Experience in production processes and operations is an asset
Knowledge of SAP-CO, SAP-PP and SAP-MM modules is an asset
Experience in Controlling or Audit departments is an asset.
