   A production engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Ambient Production processes. They are responsible for optimizing production procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

WHAT YOU BRING?

• Graduated from universities' Food/Industrial Engineering field
• 2 - 5 years' experience in preferably FMCG environment
• Preferably knows production data tracking systems, productivity and lean production methods
• Proven experience in a manufacturing process works with BRC, ISO 22000 standards
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Ability to motivate and engage with employees at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, outgoing, positive and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Interested in playing a key role within a dynamic, FMCG environment
• For male candidate's military service duty is completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collects and extracts plant floor data
• Analyzes and visualizes the data to maintain process improvements 
• Motivates and coaches' production teams/operators to attain high levels of performance
• Identifies best practices and provide training to enable process improvements and reduce production losses
• Be a part of OEE and line efficiency improvement team through effective leadership of production team
• Continuous improvement of the facilities, machinery and processes 
• Provides problem solving expertise by identifying root causes for problem areas and recommending solutions.
• Works with ambient production management team to identify cost saving initiative
• Full integration of Production Department to Quality Management Systems’ agenda
• Continuous management of local production system devices
• Collaboratively works with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Management and IT teams to ensure that all goals are achieved.
