YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering (master degree is an asset)

• 1 - 3 years experience of quality management within a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with quality systems HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS Food, Rainforest Alliance, Halal etc.

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office programs

• Advanced verbal and written level of English

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Military obligation is fulfilled for male candidates

WHAT YOU BRING

• Following and carrying out company Food Safety and Quality policies in all practices.
• Ensuring food safety and quality implementation and standardization across all processes; providing supervision, control and management for the implementation of quality management systems and control processes within this framework.

• Driving digitalization initiatives related to quality control processes and quality management systems.
• Continuously monitoring, updating and, when necessary, creating new documents for quality management systems.
• Participate in all internal and external audits and perform at a high level during the audit process (ISO 22000, BRCGS Food, RFA, Dr. Oetker Audit, Halal, etc.).
• Preparing and maintaining quality control plans and quality control inspection instructions in the system in line with applicable standards and regulatory obligations.

• Preparing, reviewing, maintaining and updating raw material and final product specification files and ensuring their accurate entry into the relevant systems.
• Performing supplier assessments, supplier performance evaluations and supplier audits in accordance with Dr. Oetker Quality Standards; supporting supplier onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with product safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting New Product Development (NPD) projects through close collaboration with Purchasing, R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Conducting regular site tours of the factory area and monitoring pest control activities regularly.
• Supporting employees in sustaining Dr. Oetker Quality Standards through training and guidance; planning, delivering quality and food safety training programs, including orientation and refresher trainings.
• Preparing monthly Quality Review reports and performance summaries.

• Escalating quality and food safety findings to management and informing the relevant departments. Ensuring that products, product-related services and standards are maintained and improved in designated areas at a high quality level.

• Collaborating with departments to maintain the integrity of quality management documentation and KPI records.
