YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, analyze, and distribute sales reports to internal teams and field sales representatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers by connecting various data points.
- Maintain and enhance reports that support daily business operations.
- Contribute to customer presentations and business reviews by providing data-driven insights.
- Monitor and manage the sales budget effectively.
- Update and consolidate channel reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate multiple criteria to ensure precise bonus calculations.
- Support sales forecasting activities by acting as a bridge between the sales team and production planning.
- Utilize and integrate data from SAP BW, Akeron, Nielsen, and SharePoint to prepare sales development reports.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive data analysis experience, with 1-2 years in a sales-related role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent numerical and analytical presentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and meet targets.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in SAP-BW.
- Creativity in leveraging different tools to generate insightful sales development reports
