YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
A Category & Consumer Insights position focused on:
- Driving new business development
- Identifying new growth opportunities
- Shifting the team from operational support toward proactive, insight‑driven decision‑making
- Understanding future consumer needs and translating them into commercial opportunities
Key Capabilities and Mindset
Analytical strength:
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Background in consumer insights, analytics, or similar fields
Commercial orientation:
- Commercial experience is important
- Comfortable working closely with Key Account Managers and buyers
- Strong communication skills for both internal stakeholders and customers
Business development focus:
- Experience in new business development or identifying growth opportunities
- A candidate who can help drive the team toward a more strategic and proactive role
Mindset
- Entrepreneurial, yet structured
- Comfortable with risk-taking and learning
- Strong ability to influence the organization and be persistent
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience Level:
- Ideally a few years of experience
- This role is suited for a professional with solid experience, positioned between junior and senior level
- The scope of the role may be adjusted based on the candidate’s strengths
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with uncertainty
- Confident driving new topics and influencing stakeholders
Market and Location:
- Focus on Nordic region
- Copenhagen or regional hybrid
- Unlimited contract, but candidates planning to stay in Denmark just for a few years are also relevant
