YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You take the role as production process data owner.
• In this context you are responsible for extraction, gathering, cleaning and aggregation of relevant data as well as the automation of these processes.
• You create visualizations and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• The analyzation of data using statistical methods to interpret data, findings correlations, patterns and identify trends by using software tools and programming languages is one of the key tasks of your position.
• You will make data-driven recommendations and decisions to optimize manufacturing processes.
• On a deputy basis, you will coordinate and manage the introduction of new products, processes, technologies and workflows in the area of production.
• Therefore you will work independently on the planning, implementation and evaluation of national and international projects to continuously improve the economic success of the company.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a degree in industrial engineering or similar, ideally with a specialization in industrial food production.
• Furthermore, you have experience in data collection and extraction, data analysis and visualization as well as in identifying patterns and deriving measures.
• You also have a solid knowledge of statistics and some programming skills.
• The ability to prepare and communicate complex data in an understandable form sets you apart.
• You are willing to familiarize yourself intensively with statistics, the use of data analysis and visualization programs and programming languages and to undergo further training accordingly.
• Critical thinking, curiosity, problem-solving skills and a passion for statistics and mathematics are what set you apart.
• We require a very good knowledge of German at least level C1
