Are you curious minded with a passion for providing insights on product performance, pricing, and sales trends? As Sales Analyst, Pricing & Reporting, you will be responsible for executing critical pricing programming and commercial reporting, along with some traditional sales operations support for the sales and broker teams. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working cross-functionally, you’ll contribute to effective decision-making through effective pricing execution and accurate analytics and reporting.
Ingredients
- Analyze current pricing set up, collaborating with manager and commercial teams on streamlining to reduce complexity.
- Execute pricing changes, including tariff changes, within SAP ensuring timely and accurate updates across all sales channels and customer segments.
- Monitor and resolve pricing discrepancies by working with relevant cross-functional teams to safeguard pricing alignment with company policies and strategies.
- Execute seasonal pricing, including aligning seasonal with everyday pricing, incorporating tariffs as applicable, and providing support to sales / brokers as needed to develop account level pricing sheets.
- Support Operations Manager with reporting and analytics to support key retailers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Consumer Business Unit, Finance, Order Management, IT to identify and facilitate process improvement opportunities, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Provide Sales Operations support for sales and broker teams for Meijer and Target accounts.
- Monitor Sales Operations email and provide general support as needed.
Equipment
- Bachelors degree required, emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred, Certification in Data Analysis is desirable.
- 3+ years’ business experience with demonstrated progressive experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, or Data Analysis.
- Experience with major retailers (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Meijer) strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of success and business acumen.
Instructions
- Skilled in working with pricing systems (SAP), including implementing pricing updates and configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with pricing discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and reporting errors.
- High attention to detail when executing pricing changes and reviewing data to ensure accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and present detailed reports that highlight key business insights and trends in Point-of-Sale platforms. (Circana, Luminate, Data Warehouse).
- Multi-tasker, able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously and deliver results on time, particularly when working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements, technology platforms, and operational processes in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLookups, advanced formulas linking multiple data sources)

- Professional office environment, sedentary in nature.
- Routinely use standard office equipment such as (laptop computers, monitors/keyboards, printers, and telephones).
