Description

Do you thrive on evolving impactful Total Rewards strategies that enhance workplace culture, attract top talent, and drive employee retention? Reporting to the VP of People & Culture and with a current team of two direct reports, you will be responsible for Wilton’s administration of benefits, payroll practices and execution, and managing the organization’s total compensation program.  Your mission will be to ensure that programs align with and drive Wilton’s Total Rewards strategy and Culture Recipes (our Values). 

 

Ingredients

  • Partner with the VP of People & Culture to refine and execute Wilton’s five-year Employee Value Proposition strategy as it pertains to Total Rewards (total compensation philosophy, health and welfare benefits, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance and maintain necessary documentation (summary plan descriptions, tax filings, etc.) for all of Wilton’s total rewards plans including but not limited to welfare and retirement, health plans, and ancillary benefits
  • Oversee and approve full cycle payroll for Wilton Brands, LLC; oversee payroll projects that streamline processes and create stakeholder efficiencies.
  • Manage health and welfare plans, COBRA administration, FMLA administration, and partner with Business Partner team at key points of the process.
  • Manage vendor, consultant, and broker relationships; make recommendations and at times, drive selection of such to ensure alignment with Wilton’s strategy and needs.
  • Evaluate and update compensation structure aligned with overall Wilton compensation philosophy including ensuring the job catalog, position evaluation process, and benchmarking are consistent and up to date.
  • Lead and develop your team of direct reports to continually improve upon business process with a customer-centric approach.

 

Equipment 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline is required.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and developing a team. 
  • Experience in supporting and/or executing transformative Total Rewards is a plus. 
  • Some experience within a global business model is ideal.

 

Instructions 

  • Strong understanding of HRIS, how systems work together, and the downstream impact of data quality and flow.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities requiring strong project management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Pro-active, results-oriented, and capable of operating successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with creating communication and implementation strategies for Total Reward initiatives.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo with service-oriented approach.
  • Highly adept at analyzing data to audit, inform, and build business cases.

 

Baking Conditions

  • Professional office environment, sedentary in nature.
  • Routinely use standard office equipment such as (laptop computers, monitors/keyboards, printers, and telephones).
  • Processes information and communicates effectively with others.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
