YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Preferably a graduate of Engineering faculties
  • 1–2 years of purchasing experience, especially in indirect procurement, is considered a preference
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably experienced with SAP
  • Strong analytical thinking, result‑oriented, with well‑developed communication skills
  • Team‑oriented, with strong planning and organizational abilities

 

         WHAT YOU BRING

 

  • End‑to‑end management of the company’s indirect procurement processes
  • Conducting quotation requests, price analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract processes
  • Executing procurement operations related to office services, technical equipment, maintenance‑repair, service purchases, and general expense items
  • Coordinating investment, construction, and renovation projects with relevant departments
  • Identifying and evaluating cost‑reduction and efficiency‑improvement opportunities
  • Monitoring supplier performance and developing alternative suppliers
  • Contributing to procurement reporting and process improvement activities
